Professional Tenants

Although we are student property experts, we also have a selection of well-maintained properties ideal for families and professional couples available to rent within Canterbury and the surrounding areas.

As with our student properties, we know how important it is to find the right one, and so we’ll help you find it, and move in quickly with the minimum of fuss. We apply the same care and consideration to our residential tenants as our student tenants.

Once in your property, you need a letting agent that will deal quickly with any maintenance issues, so we’ll be on hand for as much or as little as you require. We’ll be the comforting reassurance you need to know is there when needed.

Take a look at the current properties that are available, if any look interesting, please get in touch, and we’ll arrange a viewing to suit you at your convenience.

Also take a look at the How To Rent: The Checklist for Renting in England which has some helpful advice for prospective tenants.
