As with our student properties, we know how important it is to find the right one, and so we’ll help you find it, and move in quickly with the minimum of fuss. We apply the same care and consideration to our residential tenants as our student tenants.
Once in your property, you need a letting agent that will deal quickly with any maintenance issues, so we’ll be on hand for as much or as little as you require. We’ll be the comforting reassurance you need to know is there when needed.

Non-returnable booking fee = £300.00
Referencing and Guarantor
Arranging Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
Attending the property to undertake an updated Schedule of Condition based on the original inventory and negotiating the repayment of the security deposit(s)
Future Landlord referencing
Subsequent Applicants = £50.00
Guarantors = £50.00
Advanced Rent = £200.00 towards the first month rent is due with the referencing fee. If you pass referencing then this will be used towards your first month’s rent. In the unlikely event you withdraw having passed referencing, this money will not be refunded. In the event you fail referencing this Advanced Rent will be returned within 7 days.
Deposit = equivalent to six weeks’ rent
Registering the Deposit = included
Renewal/Extension of Tenancy – under the terms of the Tenancy Agreement you are obligated to notify Redlet of your intentions, at least one month prior to the expiry of your tenancy. If you wish to renew/extend for a further period there will be a charge of £100.00 for the preparation of the paperwork
Property Check-Out – Whilst the landlord is responsible for providing a full inventory at the commencement of your tenancy, it is your responsibility to pay for an inventory check at the end of your tenancy = included
Unpaid Rent/Returned Payments = £30.00 plus £30.00 per telephone call, email or letter in pursuance of the debt
Lock Outs = £50.00 during office hours
Missed appointments with our contractors = £50.00
Item reported to be not working and on arrival the contractor finds nothing wrong with it = £50.00

An administration fee does not reserve the right for a tenancy at any of the properties offered by Redlet. All offers are treated as subject to contract and Landlords approval. The Landlord has the right to withdraw the property at any point without prejudice until contracts have been signed.
By paying us the non-returnable Administration fee you are stating that you understand the information supplied and are authorising Redlet to use any information obtained to process your application to rent a property through this agency and to forward any details to the Landlord and Utility Companies as deemed necessary.
