We know how stressful it is for students trying to get somewhere that you and your flatmates love and where you’ll have good times you’ll remember for years to come. So we’ll be there with you every step of the way, from picking you up and taking you to the viewing, to talking you through the contract, to advising you on what you need to bring with you when you move in. But it doesn’t end as soon as you sign your contract.
Living away from home in a rented property is a new experience, and it’s ok not to know what you’re doing, how a washing machine works, and what to do if the lights go out. So we’re always at the end of a phone, even if you think the question you’re asking is really obvious, don’t worry, it isn’t!

Student Deposit = we don’t take a deposit for our student tenants
Unpaid Rent/Returned =£50.00 plus £50.00 per telephone call, email or letter in pursuance of the debt
Lock Outs = £50.00 during office hours
Missed appointments with our contractors = £50.00
Item reported to be not working and on arrival the contractor finds nothing wrong with it = £50.00
