That depends on what you decided to do when we went through the agreement with you. We give you the option of letting us have free access or appointment access only.

The speedy system that we operate mean your maintenance problem in most cases is sorted out the same day or within 48 hours of the problem being reported. The maintenance men will leave a card, if no tenant is available, detailing what work was completed on their visit for example “part ordered” or “items fixed,” keeping like simple for you.
